- Product logistics to be fully managed by the brand to/from Red Studio located in Petaling Jaya.
- Filming at any venue other than Red Studio is subject to additional cost.
- While video style can be agreed upon beforehand, video filming and editing style to be fully directed by Nanyang Kitchen.
- No revision requests will be entertained except on the brand’s logo.
- The video content is owned by Nanyang Kitchen, the brand is not permitted to re-upload or re-purpose the content unless negotiated otherwise beforehand.
- Full payment to be made upon confirmation.
