500 克 猪尾骨
800 克/ 1条 老黄瓜 (去籽切厚块)
1条 胡萝卜(去皮切块)
8 粒 红枣(去籽)
½ 片 鱿鱼干
3 公升 水
材料B:
1 汤匙 枸杞
1 茶匙 盐
准备功夫:
1. 凉水下锅,加入猪尾骨,待滚汆烫片刻,猪尾骨出锅,洗去浮沫,沥水待用
做法:
1. 煮滚一锅3公升的水
2. 加入材料A,拌匀,盖上大火煮滚,转慢火煮1.5个小时
3. 起盖,加入盐和枸杞,盖上再煮15分钟
4. 熄火上碗,趁热享用

Old Cucumber Carrot Soup 老黄瓜红萝卜汤

The benefits of this soup are endless—it’s not only great for clearing heat and relieving “dampness,” but also nourishing for the lungs. By adding eye-healthy ingredients like carrots and goji berries, this soup is a nutritional powerhouse. A bowl of goodness everyone should drink more of!
Ingredients
- Ingredients A
500g pork tail bone
800g / 1 pc old cucumber (seeded and cut into thick chunks)
1 pc carrot (peeled and cut into chunks)
8 pcs red dates (pitted)
½ pc dried cuttlefish
3 litres water
- Ingredients B
1 tbsp wolfberry
1 tsp salt
Instructions
- Prep Work
- Place pork tail bones in a pot of cold water and bring to a boil. Blanch for a few minutes, then remove the bones, rinse off any scum/foam, and drain. Set aside.
- Instructions
- Bring 3 litres of water to a boil in a large pot.
- Add all Ingredients A, stir well, cover, and bring to a boil over high heat. Once boiling, reduce to low heat and simmer for 1.5 hours.
- Remove the lid, add salt and wolfberries (Ingredients B), cover, and simmer for another 15 minutes.
- Turn off the heat, ladle into bowls, and serve hot.
