Ingredients
- Ingredients A
2 slice ginger
5 pc chicken drumstick
1 litre water (enough to submerge the chicken)
Some salt
- Ingredients B (seasoning)
1 tbsp soy sauce
2 tbsp oyster sauce
2 tbsp abalone sauce
2 tbsp cornstarch mixture (2 tbsp cornstarch mix with 2 tbsp water)
- Ingredients C
1 pc broccoli (cut)
10 pc fresh shiitake mushroom
Some salt
Some oil
- Ingredients D
5 pc abalone
6 pc EB Fish Roe Lucky Bag
10 pc EB My Daun Prawn Paste
Instructions
- Steps
- Bring 1 liter of water with Ingredients A to boil, add salt, ginger slices & chicken drumsticks, cook with low heat for 20 minutes, retrieve the chicken drumstick & set aside
- Remove the ginger slices, add Ingredients B (seasoning), mix well & bring it to boil, retrieve & set aside
- Bring another pot of water to boil, add some salt & cooking oil from Ingredients C, add broccoli & fresh shiitake mushroom, blanch, retrieve & set aside
- Combination
- Place chicken drumstick, fresh shiitake mushroom, broccoli & abalone into a pot
- Add EB Fish Roe Lucky Bag & EB My Daun Prawn Paste (don’t need to defrost), add sauce, cook with low heat for 3 minutes
- It’s done & ready to serve!
