材料:
蛤蜊 – 600 克
蒜头 – 6瓣(去衣剁碎)
幼姜 – 1棵,50克(去皮剁碎)
葱花 – 2汤匙
MAGGI辣椒酱 – 3汤匙
MAGGI番茄酱 – 3汤匙
粟粉 – 1茶匙(2汤匙水搅匀)
盐 – 少许*
油 – 2汤匙
蛤蜊处理功夫:
1. 准备1盆水,加入1茶匙盐,搅匀
2. 加入蛤蜊,静待吐沙1小时
3. 洗净蛤蜊,沥干待用
做法:
1. 烧热锅,下油
2. 下蒜和姜末,炒香
3. 加入蛤蜊,炒匀
4. 倒入辣椒酱,番茄酱,炒匀
5. 加盖*焖煮至蛤蜊开口
6. 起盖,下粟粉水和盐,炒匀
7. 下葱花,
8. 熄火,上桌
*小提示:
1. 蛤蜊带咸,如吃得比较淡的话,就不须下盐。
2. 如果是用冷藏蛤蜊,因为水份已流失,加盖前要加入1小碗水。
3. 没蛤蜊,用啦啦也可以煮这道菜。

Sweet & Sour Clams 酸甜蛤蜊

minutesCalling all ladies – If you take clams often, it helps to reduce the risk of anemia, cleanse your body, and even lose fat, wow!
Ingredients
600g clams
6 cloves of garlic (peel off skin, mince it)
1 ginger (peel off skin, mince it)
2 tbsp minced scallion
3 tbsp MAGGI chilli sauce
3 tbsp MAGGI tomato sauce
1 tsp cornstarch (mix well with 2 tbsp water)
¼ tsp salt
2 tbsp oil
Instructions
- Handling of Clams
- Prepare 1 pot of water, add in 1 tsp salt, stir well
- Add in clams and soak for 1 hour to cleanse sand out of the clams
- Wash the clams, rinse and set aside
- Steps
- Heat the wok with oil
- Add in garlic, ginger and saute
- Add in clams, fry evenly
- Add in chilli sauce, tomato sauce and fry evenly
- Cover with a lid* and simmer until clams open up
- Lift the lid, add in cornstarch water, salt and fry evenly
- Add in minced scallion, fry quickly for 5 seconds
- Turn off the gas, it’s done!

Notes
- If you prefer not too salty, skip adding the salt
- Add in 1 small bowl of water if you are using frozen clams
- You can substitute clams with lala too for this recipe
