材料A*:
200克 猪绞肉
1 粒 白洋葱(去衣剁碎)
1 茶匙 胡椒粉
2 汤匙 番茄泥
1 茶匙 芥末酱
½ 茶匙 蒜粉
½ 茶匙 葱头粉
2 汤匙 小茴香粉
1 汤匙 混合香料 (mixed herb whole)
1 茶匙 辣椒粉
少许 伍斯特辣酱/ 喼汁
1 碗 水(盖过肉)
1 茶匙 盐
1 茶匙 糖
1 汤匙 油
材料B:
2个 香肠面包
2条 鸡肉香肠
准备功夫:
1. 在香肠面包的中心割个香肠大小的洞,待用
2. 煮滚一锅水,下香肠,烫片刻,起锅待用
煮法(肉酱):
1. 热锅下油,加入猪绞肉,炒至变颜色
2. 下洋葱,炒匀爆香
3. 加入材料A的其余食材,炒至浓稠
4. 起锅待用
组合:
1. 把香肠放进香肠面包
2. 淋上适量的肉酱
3. 趁热享用
*小提示:这肉酱也适合配搭着薯条,汉堡包或意大利面吃

Ingredients
- Ingredients A
200 g minced pork
1 white onion
1 tsp pepper
2 tbsp tomato paste
1 tsp mustard sauce
½ tsp onion powder
½ tsp garlic powder
2 tbsp cumin powder
1 tbsp mixed herb whole
1 tsp paprika
2-3 dashes Worcestershire sauce
1 bowl water
1 tsp salt
1 tsp sugar
1 tbsp cooking oil
- Ingredients B
2 pc sausage bun
2 pc chicken hotdog
Instructions
- Preparations
- Make a hole on the sausage bun and set aside
- Blanch the hotdog and set aside
- Cooking Steps
- Heat up a pan with cooking oil, add in minced pork in and stir fry until it changes color
- Add in ½ tsp pepper, fry evenly
- Add in the diced onions and saute
- Add in all the remaining ingredients A, stir well and cook until tick
- Retrieve and set aside
- Combinations
- Place the hotdog into the sausage bun
- Dress with sauce
- It’s done!
