材料A (肉饼) :
400克 五花肉绞肉
1 茶匙 盐
1 茶匙 黑胡椒碎
1 茶匙 蒜粉
1 茶匙 葱头粉
1 汤匙 混合香料 (mixed herb whole)
1 茶匙 粟粉
1 汤匙 酱油
1 茶匙 油
材料B (酱汁):
4 汤匙 美乃滋
2 汤匙 番茄酱
1 汤匙 芥末酱
少许 酸柑汁
少许 辣椒粉
少许 伍斯特辣酱/ 喼汁
材料C:
4 粒 汉堡包面包
适量 牛油
适量 油
材料D(配料):
½ 粒 白洋葱 (去衣切片)
4片 芝士片
少许 水
2 片 玻璃生菜 (切丝)
准备功夫:
1. 把材料A拌匀,分割成4粒肉丸,压扁至圆形状,入冰库2小时冷藏定型
2. 把材料B拌匀,待用
3. 汉堡包面包对半切,抹上牛油,干剪至金黄色,待用
做法:
1. 把平底锅烧热,加入适量的油
2. 下肉饼 (不须解冻),小火把两面煎至金黄色
3. 铺上白洋葱和芝士片,加入少许水在锅边,盖上, 焗至芝士片变软
4. 肉饼起锅,摆入汉堡包面包低层
5. 抹上酱汁,摆入玻璃生菜
6. 把汉堡包面包上层盖上,享用

Homemade Pork Burger 猪肉汉堡包

minutesSince we can’t have pork burgers at the McDonald’s here, let’s DIY by learning from Dennis who runs a pasar malam stall after work.
Ingredients
- Ingredients A (patty)
400 g minced pork belly
1 tsp salt
1 tsp black pepper coarse
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
1 tbsp mixed herbs whole
1 tsp cornstarch
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tsp cooking oil
- Ingredients B (sauce)
2 tbsp mayonnaise
2 tbsp tomato sauce
1 tbsp mustard
some lime juice
some paprika powder
some Worcestershire sauce
- Ingredients C
4 pcs burger bun
Adequate butter
Adequate cooking oil
- Ingredients D (condiments)
½ pc white onion (sliced)
4 pcs cheese
2 pcs iceberg lettuce
Instructions
- Preparations
- Mix well all Ingredients A, form 4 meatballs weighing 100 grams each, gently press the meatball to form a patty & place in the freezer for 2 hours
- Mix well all Ingredients A and set aside
- Slice the burger bun into half, butter the burger bun and place butter side down on a pan and cook until golden brown, set aside
- Steps
- Heat the pan, add in some cooking oil
- Place the patties into the pan & cook until the patties turning opaque or when juices start to pool at the top of the patty, this will take around 5 minutes
- Place cheese on top of the patties, add some water to the pan, cover with a lid and simmer until the cheese is melted
- Retrieve the patties, place it on the burger’s bottom bun
- Dress with sauce and lettuce, cover with burger’s upper bun
- Ready to serve!
