Coco老师说做塔皮时建议做多几份,把剩余的塔皮放入容器盖紧收进冰箱里,要吃时就打个Cream,加入水果丁就可以吃了,快速又方便!
材料:
适量喜爱的水果
塔皮材料:
50g 室温牛油
15g 糖粉
20g 全蛋液
100g 面粉
卡斯达酱材料:
25g 即溶蛋黄粉
1 茶匙 糖粉
85g 冷鲜奶
100g 鲜奶油
塔皮做法:
1. 牛油糖粉搅拌至糖粉溶化,加入蛋液 ,搅拌至完全融合一体
2. 加入面粉,混合均匀即可
3. 把面团分成8份 (每份23g),各自放入塔模里捏平均,插洞
4. 预热烤箱150度,烤25分钟,或到金黄色即可
卡斯达酱做法:
1. 加入冷鲜奶,即溶蛋黄粉,糖粉,搅拌均匀
2. 另一个盆把鲜奶油打发
3. 把1和2混合,放入挤花袋子,挤入塔皮里,摆上水果丁
4. 撒上糖粉即可

Mini Fruit Tarts 水果塔

Ingredients

Reasonable portion of fruits
- Ingredients (for tart shell)
50g butter (room temperature)
15g icing sugar
20g liquid whole eggs
100g flour
- Ingredients (for custard cream)
25g instant custard powder
1 tsp icing sugar
85g fresh milk (chilled)
100g whipping cream
Instructions
- Steps (for tart shell)
- Stir butter with icing sugar until it melts, add in eggs and mix well
- Add in flour and mix well
- Split dough into 8 portions (23g each), insert each portion into the mould, pinch evenly and poke a hole
- Preheat the oven with 150°C, bake for 25 minutes until it turns golden brown
- Steps (for custard cream)
- Add in fresh milk, instant custard powder, icing sugar and mix well
- Use another bowl to whip the whipping cream
- Mix both portions above together, insert it into piping bag, squeeze into the tart shells and add in the fruits
- Dress it with icing sugar
