材料:
白切鸡 – ½ 只 (1500克)
姜 – 1棵(150克)
芫荽 – 100克
蒜 – 6 瓣 (去衣剁碎)
盐 – 1茶匙
水 – 4汤匙
麻油 – 1汤匙
油 – 2汤匙
准备功夫:
1. 把姜去皮,洗净剁碎
2. 把芫荽去根,洗净剁碎
煮法:
1. 把锅烧热,下姜末,煸香及炒去水分
2. 下油,爆煮姜末
3. 倒入蒜末,炒匀
4. 加入芫荽,炒香
5. 下白切鸡,炒至鸡肉呈少许金颜色
6. 加入水和盐,搅匀,再炒至收干水
7. 上碟,完成

Stir-Fried Chicken with Ginger & Coriander 姜末芫荽回锅鸡

Ingredients
1500g steamed chicken
150g ginger
100g coriander
6 cloves of garlic (mince it)
1 tsp salt
4 tbsp water
1 tbsp sesame oil
2 tbsp oil
Instructions
- Preparations:
- Remove the ginger’s peel, wash and mince it
- Remove the root of coriander, wash and mince it
- Steps:
- Heat the wok, add in minced ginger, dry fry it
- Add in oil, saute the ginger
- Add in minced garlic, fry evenly
- Add in coriander and saute
- Add in steamed chicken, fry until it turns slightly golden brown
- Add in water, salt, stir evenly, fry-dry it
- It’s done!
