青龙菜 – 2把/ 300克 (洗净切段)
红萝卜 – 10片/ 30克
虾米 – 2汤匙 (洗净沥干)
蒜 – 6瓣(洗净去衣剁碎)
盐 – ½茶匙
水 – 5汤匙
油 – 3汤匙
煮法:
1. 烧热锅,下油,虾米,爆香,取出待用
2. 留下适量的油,下蒜,爆香
3. 下青龙菜,炒匀
4. 加入水,盐,红萝卜,炒匀
5. 加盖焖煮30秒
6. 熄火,上碟, 洒上炸过的虾米,完成

Ingredients
300g green dragon vegetable (wash and cut it)
30g carrot
2 tbsp dried shrimp (wash and rinse it)
6 cloves of garlic (wash and mince it)
½ tsp salt
5 tbsp water
3 tbsp oil
Instructions
- Heat the wok with oil, add in dried shrimp, saute and set it aside
- Retain a portion of oil, add in garlic and saute
- Add in green dragon vegetable, fry evenly
- Add in water, salt, carrot, fry evenly
- Simmer with lid for 30 seconds
- Turn off the gas, dress with fried dried shrimp, it’s done!
