材料:
幼姜 – 1小颗,切碎
鸡蛋 – 4粒
番茄 – 2粒 (中型),切块
葱 – 1 条,切粒
油 – 3 汤匙
番茄酱 – 2 汤匙
水 – 1小碗
糖 – 1 茶匙
盐 – ½ 茶匙
准备工作:
1. 把蛋洗净,敲入碗内,加入少许盐,搅均
煮法:
1. 烧热锅加油
2. 下蛋液, 煎至7分熟,上碟待用
3. 加入姜末 和番茄, 炒均
4. 倒入水,番茄酱,加盖煮沸
5. 下糖和盐调味,加入葱,蛋,炒均
6. 熄火,上菜

Ingredients
1 pc of ginger (mince it)
4 eggs
2 tomato (mid size, cut it)
1 spring onion (mince it)
3 tbsp of oil
2 tbsp of tomato sauce
1 small bowl of water
1 tsp of sugar
½ tsp of salt
Instructions
- Preparations:
- Wash and beat eggs well with salt
- Steps:
- Heat the wok with oil
- Add in eggs, fry evenly until ~70% cooked, set it aside first
- Add in ginger, tomato, fry evenly
- Add in water, tomato sauce, cover the wok
- Add in sugar, salt, shallot, egg, fry evenly
- Turn off the gas, it’s done!
