5瓣 蒜头(去衣切片)
5棵/ 300克 油麦(洗净摘叶)
2条 小辣椒 (切片)
1块 腐乳
适量 热水
2汤匙 油
煮法:
1. 热锅下油,加入蒜头,爆香
2. 下小辣椒和腐乳 ,爆炒片刻
3. 加入油麦,炒软
4. 加入热水,炒匀(觉得太咸的话,可以自行加入少许糖调味)
5. 熄火上碟,趁热享用

Ingredients
5 cloves garlic (peel off skin, slice it)
300 g yau mak (romaine lettuce)
2 pc cili padi (slice it)
1 pc fermented bean curd
Some hot water
2 tbsp oil
Instructions
- Heat the wok with oil, add in garlic and saute
- Add in cili padi, fermented bean curd and saute quickly
- Add in yau mark and stir-fry
- Add in hot water, fry evenly (add salt if you prefer)
- Turn off the gas, it’s done!
