材料:
5粒 桃胶(20克,泡发后是10倍大)
5粒 雪燕(20克,泡发后是30倍大)
1汤匙 雪莲子(10克)
5汤匙 龙眼干(100克) *
½粒 冬瓜(1000克)
2粒 罗汉果(压烂)*
2500毫升 水
准备功夫:
1. 桃胶,雪燕,雪莲子,收冰厨隔夜泡水(10小时),去杂质,洗净沥水
2. 冬瓜去皮去籽,洗净刨丝
煮法:
1. 把2500毫升水倒入锅,煮沸
2. 下龙眼干,冬瓜,罗汉果,搅匀煮滚
3. 加盖转中小火煮60分钟
4. 起盖, 加入桃胶,雪燕,雪莲子煮5分钟
5. 熄火,完成
* 小提示:龙眼干和罗汉果已带甜,所以没下糖。如果喜好比较的甜的话,可自行加糖。

Winter Melon Dried Longan with 3 Treasures Dessert 养颜三宝冬瓜龙眼糖水

minutesThis 3 treasures combo is like a cheaper alternative to bird nest, adding it to the usual winter melon dried longan will boost the texture & flavour – excellent hot or cold!
Ingredients
5 peach gum (20g, 10 times bigger after soaked)
5 snow swallow (20g, 30 times bigger after soaked)
1 tbsp snow lotus seeds (10g)
5 tbsp dried longan (100g) *
½ winter melon (1000g)
2 luo han guo (flattened)
2500ml water
Instructions
- Preparations
- Soak peach gum, snow swallow, snow lotus seeds overnight (10 hours) in fridge, remove excess, wash and drain it
- Peel off skin and remove seeds of winter melon, wash and cut into thin slices
- Steps
- Add 2500ml water into pot and bring it to boil
- Add in dried longan, winter melon, luo han guo, stir well and bring it to boil
- Cover with a lid, switch to medium-low heat and cook for 60 minutes
- Lift the lid, add in peach gum, snow swallow, snow lotus seeds and cook for 5 minutes
- Turn off the gas, it’s done!

Notes
- Dried longan and luo han guo both carry sweetness, you can add sugar if you prefer it to be sweeter
