材料 A:
猪尾骨 – 500克 (川烫)
玉蜀黍 – 1条 (去衣,切3段)
马铃薯 – 3 粒 (去皮,切小块)
番茄 – 3粒 (切小块)
大葱头 – 1粒 (去皮,切小块)
红萝卜 – 1条 (去皮,切小块)
材料 B:
水 – 3500毫升(ML)/ 煲汤
盐 – 1小汤匙 (调至自己喜好)
做法:
1. 煮沸3500毫升水
2.下材料A, 盖好中小火熬2个小时
3.下盐调味
4. 熄火,上桌

Ingredients
- Ingredients (Set A):
500g of porktail bone (blanch & rinse it)
1pc of corn (shuck it, cut into 3)
3 potato (peel off skin, cut into small pieces)
3 tomato (cut into small pieces)
1 big onion (peel off skin, cut into small pieces)
1 carrot (peel off skin, cut into small pieces)
- Ingredients (Set B):
3500ml of water (for soup)
1 tsp salt (to your preference)
Instructions
- Boil 3500ml of water
- Add in all ingredients stated in set A, cover the pot and boil it with medium-low heat for 2 hours
- Add in salt to your own preference
- Turn off the gas, done!
