材料 A:
1盒 盒装豆腐*
少许 葱花
材料 B:
5 瓣 蒜头(去衣剁碎)
适量 油
材料 C:
1 汤匙 蒜油 (取自材料B)
1 汤匙 酱油
1 汤匙 滚水
½ 茶匙 砂糖
准备功夫:
1. 热锅,加入材料B的油和蒜末,小火爆至浅金黄色,起锅沥油待用
2. 把材料C拌匀,待用
做法:
1. 把材料C淋在豆腐上
2. 撒上炸蒜酥和葱花
3. 享用
小提示:把豆腐盒封膜四周割开,撕去封膜。然后把豆腐盒倒扣在一个碟上,用剪刀在豆腐盒的4个角落剪个小洞,轻压盒子让空气进入,豆腐就会自然滑落

Ingredients
- Ingredients A
1 packed tofu*
Some spring onion
- Ingredients B
5 cloves garlic (peel off the skin, mince it)
Adequate cooking oil
- Ingredients C
1 tbsp fried garlic oil (from Ingredient B)
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp hot water
½ tsp fine sugar
Instructions
- Preparations
- Heat the wok, add in cooking oil & garlic, saute the garlic until it turns light golden brown, drain the fried garlic and set aside
- Mix all Ingredient C well, set aside
- Steps
- Dress Ingredients C on tofu
- Sprinkle it with fried garlic & spring onion
- It’s done!

Notes
- Cut the edge of the packed tofu’s cover with a knife, remove the cover and invert the packed tofu into a plate, cut the 4 corners of the packaging with a scissor to make small holes, press the packaging gently to ventilate and the tofu will drop smoothly
