铁板我是用 STONELINE 牌烤盆假冒的,不用特地买, 一样有铁板冒烟滚热的效果。把日本豆腐先干煎去掉水才下油煎至两面金黄,就不怕爆油了。然后煮个大虾杂蔬的酱汁,淋在有蛋皮和日本豆腐的烤盆上,仪式感满满的铁板日本豆腐就可以上卓啦!

材料A:
3条 日本豆腐(切小块)
10粒 大虾(去头壳肠泥留尾)
4条 甜豆(去丝)
6片 胡萝卜 (压花)
少许 黄芽白 (切片)
4粒 蘑菇(对半切)
2瓣 蒜头(去衣切片)
适量 油
材料B:
1碗 水(吃饭碗)
1汤匙 蚝油
1汤匙 酱油
少许 盐
材料C:
半碗 玉米粉水 (1汤匙玉米粉+半碗水搅匀)
3粒 鸡蛋 (打散)
适量 油
准备功夫:
1. 甜豆,胡萝卜,蘑菇 & 黄芽白焯水1分钟,沥水出锅待用
煮法:
1. 把日本豆腐加入热锅里,煎去水分。然后,加入适量的油,文火把日本豆腐煎至两面金黄,沥油出锅
2. 去掉多余的油,加入蒜头,炒匀爆香
3. 加入大虾,炒至变色
4. 加入材料B,炒匀勾芡
5. 加入已灼水的甜豆,胡萝卜,蘑菇 & 黄芽白,拌匀,锅离火待用
6. 把烤盘烧热,抹上适量的油,倒入鸡蛋,慢火煎至凝固
7. 加入日本豆腐 & 食材酱汁
8. 慢火火煮滚1分钟
9. 趁热享用

Just remember to fry that Japanese tofu until it’s nice and dry, so you don’t get splattered with hot oil. Boom – sizzling hot plate tofu, the easy way!
Ingredients
- Ingredients A
3 pc japanese tofu (cut)
10 pc big prawns (deveined)
4 pc sweet pea (remove string)
6 pc carrot (make flower)
Some napa cabbage (cut)
4 pc canned button mushroom (cut into halves)
2 cloves garlic (peel & slice)
Adequate cooking oil
- Ingredients B
1 bowl water (rice bowl)
1 tbsp oyster sauce
1 tbsp soy sauce
Some salt
- Ingredients C
½ bowl cornstarch mixture (1tbsp tbsp cornstarch + ½ bowl water, mix well)
3 pc egg (beaten)
Adequate cooking oil
Instructions
- Preparations
- Blanch sweet pea, carrot, mushroom for 1 minute, drain & set aside
- Steps
- Add tofu into wok & fry until dry, add adequate cooking oil into wok, fry with medium heat until both sides of tofu turn golden brown, drain & set it aside
- Discard excess cooking oil, add garlic & saute
- Add prawns, fry until cooked
- Add Ingredients B, stir well & make gravy
- Add blanched ingredients, stir well & set aside
- Heat the grill pan, brush it with cooking oil, add egg, fry with low heat until set
- Add tofu & ingredients with sauce
- Cook with low heat for 1 minute
- Let’s serve!
