分量:5 – 6人份 / 20片炸橙薯片
准备时间:10分钟
煮时:25分钟
材料A (面糊材料):
200克 面粉
50克 粘米粉
½ 茶匙 盐
½ 茶匙 黄姜粉
350 克 水
材料B:
600克/ 2条 橙薯
适量 油
准备功夫:
1. 把面糊材料混合,搅拌均匀
2. 然后,把橙薯加入面糊里,拌匀
做法:
1. 中小火烧热一个锅油,把沾上面糊的橙薯加入
2. 炸至两面金黄色 (大概10分钟),起锅沥油
3. 同样的步法,继续把其余的橙薯炸完
4. 熄火,橙薯片沥油,开动啦

Crispy Fried Sweet Potato 马来式炸橙薯

Ingredients
- Ingredients A (for Batter)
200 g flour
500 g rice flour
½ tsp salt
½ tsp turmeric powder
350 g water
- Ingredients B
600 g sweet potato
Some oil
Instructions
- Preparations
- Mix all batter ingredients, stir evenly
- Dip sliced sweet potato into batter, mix evenly
- Steps
- Heat sufficient oil in a wok to deep fry, add sweet potato to fry with low-medium heat
- Deep fry both sides of sliced sweet potato until golden brown for around 10 minutes, retrieve and rinse
- Repeat the same steps to finish deep frying all the sweet potato
- Turn off the gas, rinse and it’s done!
