材料A*:
1把/20克 玉竹
1把/10克 党参
2片 川芎
3片 当归片
10粒 龙眼干
4粒 红枣
1汤匙 枸杞
材料B:
2 只 大鸡腿 (砍4件)
2500毫升 水
2茶匙 盐
3扎 面线
3条 小辣椒(切粒,加入适量酱油)
准备功夫:
1. 鸡腿去掉多余的脂肪,沥水待用
2. 药材洗净沥水
3. 面线水煮,沥水
煮法:
1. 烧热一锅2500毫升的水
2. 加入材料A (枸杞除外),盖上,中小火煮20分钟
3. 起盖,加入大鸡腿,大火煮滚,盖上, 中小火煮30分钟
4. 起盖,加入枸杞,下盐调味, 盖上继续煮10分钟
5. 熄火,把适量的汤和鸡腿加入含有面线的碗,配小辣椒,趁热享用
* 小题示:药材可随自己喜好做调正

Misua Soup with Chicken Drumstick 鸡腿面线

Ingredients
- Ingredients A
20 g yu zhu
10 g dang shen
2 pc chuan xiong
3 pc chinese angelica root
10 pc dried longan
4 pc red dates
1 tbsp wolfberry
- Ingredients B
2 pc big chicken drumstick (chop into 4 pieces)
2500 ml water
2 tsp salt
3 serving misua
3 pc cili padi (dice and add soy sauce)
Instructions
- Preparations
- Remove excessive oil from the drumstick, rinse and set aside
- Wash and rinse all the Chinese herbs
- Cook the misua with water and drain
- Steps
- Bring a pot of 2500ml water to boil
- Add Ingredients A (except wolfberry), cover with a lid, boil with low-medium heat for 20 minutes
- Lift the lid, add drumstick, bring to boil with high heat, cover and boil with low-medium heat for 30 minutes
- Lift the lid, add wolfberry, season with salt, cover and boil for 10 minutes
- Turn off the gas, add the soup and drumstick to the misua, serve with cili padi, enjoy while it’s hot
