分量: 3-4人份

材料:
四季豆 – 300克
瘦肉 – 100克
蒜头 – 5粒(剁碎)
油 – 3 汤匙
酱油 – 1茶匙
盐 – ½ 茶匙
水 – 半小碗
准备功夫:
1. 洗净四季豆,去头尾丝,切段
2. 把酱油加入瘦肉片腌15分钟
煮法:
1. 烧热锅加油
2. 下蒜头炒香
3. 加入瘦肉片炒至金黄色
4. 到入四季豆炒至油禄,下水加盐,炒至收干水*
5. 熄火,上碟
小贴士:
1.加盖煮的话,四季豆会变黄,口感也会比较逊色

Dry-Fried Four Season Beans with Lean Pork 瘦肉炒四季豆

Ingredients
300g four season beans
100g lean pork
5 cloves of garlic (mince it)
3 tbsp oil
1 tsp soy sauce
½ tsp salt
½ bowl of water
Instructions
- Heat the wok with oil
- Add in garlic and saute
- Add in lean pork and fry until golden brown
- Add in four season beans and fry, add water, salt, continue frying until it loses some water
- Turn off the gas, it’s done!

Notes
- Try to avoid cooking with a lid as the four season beans might turn yellowish hence lesser texture
