材料:
大虾 – 250 克(10只)
蒜头 – 6瓣(剁碎)
幼姜 – 1块,30克(切丝)
西兰花 – 1棵/ 200克 (切小棵)
葱 – 1棵(切段)
糖 – 少许 (1/4茶匙)
蚝油 – 2汤匙
黑酱 – 1茶匙(加2汤匙水,搅匀)
油 – 4汤匙
准备工作:
1. 把虾只修剪,去肠泥,洗净,沥干
2. 把西兰菜烫熟待用
做法:
1. 烧热锅,下油待热
2. 加入虾煎至变色,翻另一面再煎至全只呈粉红色,起锅待用
3. 倒入蒜,姜丝, 爆香和炒至金黄色
4. 下蚝油,黑酱油,炒匀
5. 倒入虾,炒匀
6. 加入糖,葱段,快炒5秒
6. 熄火,把虾加入含有西兰花的碟,完成

Fried Prawn with Oyster Sauce 蚝油虾

Ingredients
250g prawn (10 pc)
6 cloves of garlic (mince it)
1 ginger (slice it)
1 broccoli (cut it)
1 stalk of scallion (cut it)
¼ tsp sugar
2 tbsp oyster sauce
1 tsp dark soy sauce (mix with 2 tbsp water)
4 tbsp oil
Instructions
- Preparations:
- Clean the prawns, remove shells and rinse
- Bring broccoli to boil and set it aside on a plate
- Steps:
- Heat the wok with oil
- Add in prawns, fry and flip it until both sides are cooked, set it aside
- Add in garlic, ginger and saute
- Add in oyster sauce, dark soy sauce, fry evenly
- Add in prawns, fry evenly
- Add in sugar, scallion, fry quickly for around 5 seconds
- Turn off the gas, pour prawns to the plate prepared earlier with broccoli, it’s done!
