材料:
排骨 – 600排骨(斩块)
去籽` – 9粒(大)
玉竹 – 1把/ 50克
龙眼肉 – 1把/ 20克
党参 – 1把/ 50克
淮山 – 1把/ 50克
枸杞 – 1汤匙/ 10克
鸡汤 – 3500毫升(煮过白切鸡剩余的汤水)
盐 – 1茶匙 (调至自己喜好)
准备功夫:
1. 将排骨洗净,川烫,沥干
2. 把药材洗净,沥干
做法:
1. 煮沸3500毫升的鸡汤水
2. 下全部材料(枸杞,盐除外),大火煮沸,加盖,转中小火熬60分钟
3. 下枸杞,盐调味,加盖,再煮15分钟
4. 熄火,上桌

Ingredients
600g spare ribs (chop it)
9 red dates (deseeded)
50g solomonseal rhizome (yu zhu)
20g dried longan
50g codnopsis pilosulae radix (dang shen)
50g chinese yam
10g wolfberry
3500ml chicken soup (the soup used to cook chicken)
1 tsp salt (to your own preference)
Instructions
- Preparations:
- Wash pork ribs, blanch & rinse it
- Wash chinese herbs, rinse it
- Steps:
- Bring 3500ml chicken soup to boil
- Add in all ingredients (except wolfberry and salt), boil with high heat, cover with lid, switch to medium low heat for 60 minutes
- Add in wolfberry, salt, cover with lid and boil for another 15 minutes
- Turn off the gas, it’s done!
