糕粉其实就是炒熟了的糯米粉,也就是做这甜点的基本食材。现成的在烘培店都买得到,如果要自己炒也可以,就是用糯米粉,小火干炒至微黄色就成了。
分量:5-6人份
准备时间:20分钟
材料:
200克 糕粉
2汤匙 糖粉
1汤匙 食油
250毫升 热水
2汤匙 芒果汁
适量 花生碎 (内馅)
适量 芒果丁(内馅)
适量 糕粉(沾粉)
做法:
1. 热水+ 芒果汁混合,备用
2. 糕粉+糖粉(过筛)拌匀
3. 加入食油和芒果水搓着光滑软团
4. 分割小团,搓圆,压扁,包入内馅,沾上糕粉,即可食用
* 小提示:
1. 糕粉就是炒熟了的檽米粉,烘培店都找得到。
2. 收冷藏隔夜,口感更佳

Mango & Peanut Mochi 简易糯米糍

Ingredients
200g rice flour (fried glutinous)
2 tbsp icing powder
1 tbsp oil
250ml hot water
2 tbsp mango juice
Reasonable portion of crushed peanuts
Reasonable portion of diced mango
Reasonable portion of rice flour (fried glutinous) for dipping
Instructions
- Mix mango juice and hot water, set it aside
- Mix rice flour and sifted icing powder well
- Add in oil and mango mixture, punch down and knead again until smooth
- Divide into desired portions and shape into balls, flatten the ball and insert fillings, dip on rice flour and it’s done!

- Rice flour is the fried glutinous, can be sourced from baking shop
- The texture could be better if you keep it overnight in the fridge
