材料A:
1小段/10片 胡萝卜
200克 包菜 (撕小片)
4粒 草菇 (切半)
4粒 蘑菇(切4边)
1小把/10克 云耳 (泡水至软,去蒂切小片)
1片 腐竹
1小把/5克 发菜
1小把/10克 冬粉
材料B:
2汤匙 酱油
1茶匙 盐
适量 热水 (盖过菜)
2汤匙 油
准备功夫:
1. 腐竹爆至金黄色,沥油待用
2. 冬粉爆至泡状,沥油待用
3. 云耳和发菜各自泡软, 沥水待用
煮法:
1. 烧热锅,下油,加入草菇蘑菇,炒匀片刻
2. 加入云耳,胡萝卜和包菜,伴炒至包菜变软
3. 倒入热水和酱油,炒匀待滚
4. 加入发菜,腐竹和冬粉,炒匀盖上,中火焖3分钟
5. 起盖,加入盐调味
6. 熄火,上桌

Ingredients
- Ingredients A
1 carrot (10 slices)
200 g cabbage
4 straw mushroom (cut into half)
4 mushroom (cut into 4 parts)
10 g cloud ear fungus (soak until it softens, remove stalk, cut it)
1 pc bean curd skin sheet
5 g fat choy
10 g glass noodle
- Ingredients B
2 tbsp soy sauce
1 tsp salt
Some hot water (enough to submerge the ingredients)
2 tbsp cooking oil
Instructions
- Preparations
- Saute bean curd skin sheet until both sides turn golden brown, drain the oil, set aside
- Fry glass noodles until puffy, drain the oil, set aside
- Soak cloud ear fungus, fat choy, rinse and set aside
- Steps
- Heat the wok with oil, add in mushroom and fry evenly
- Add in cloud ear fungus, carrot, cabbage and stir fry
- Add in hot water, soy sauce and fry evenly
- Add in fat choy, bean curd skin sheets, glass noodles and fry evenly. Cover with a lid and simmer for 3 minutes
- Lift the lid, season with salt
- Turn off the gas, it’s done!
