500克 排骨(剁块)
1茶匙 粟粉
少许 香菜(切段)
材料B :
3条 小辣椒(跟自己辣度喜好)
1 段 幼姜 (50克,去衣剁碎)
2汤匙 豆酱
1茶匙 酱油
1汤匙 酸梅酱
1茶匙 糖
1汤匙 水
1汤匙 油
准备功夫:
1. 把排骨洗净沥干,加入粟粉末匀
2. 把材料B混合,再加入排骨混合,上碟
煮法:
1. 把排骨放入含有滚水的锅内,加盖,大火蒸半小时
2. 起盖,上卓,洒上香菜,完成

Ingredients
- Ingredients (Set A)
500g pork ribs (cut it)
1 tsp cornstarch
Some coriander (cut it)
- Ingredients (Set B)
3 pc cili padi (to your own preference)
1 pc ginger (50g, peel off skin, mince it)
2 tbsp taucu
1 tsp soy sauce
1 tbsp sour plum sauce
1 tsp sugar
1 tbsp water
1 tbsp oil
Instructions
- Preparations
- Wash and rinse pork ribs, then apply well with cornstarch
- Mix all the ingredients stated in Set B, then mix with the pork ribs, set it aside
- Steps
- Steam the pork rib over high heat with lid for 30 minutes
- Lift the lid, ready to serve, dress with coriander, it’s done!
