1把 薏米(150克)
1包 冬瓜糖(250克)*
5片 香兰叶(打结)
4000毫升 水
1粒 酸柑(切薄片)
准备功夫:
1. 薏米泡水3小时,洗净沥干
做法:
1. 煮沸4000毫升水
2. 下薏米和香兰叶,大火煮滚,转中小火, 加盖留缝,煮1个小时
3. 起盖,加入冬瓜糖,搅匀,转大火煮滚,转中小火, 加盖留缝,继续煮30分钟
4. 熄火,盛入杯,加少许酸柑片,完成
* 小提示:喜好甜度较高的话,可自行加糖

Barley & Candied Winter Melon Drink 冬瓜糖薏米水

Ingredients
150g barley
250g candied winter melon (1 pack)
5pc pandan leave (knotted)
4000ml water
1pc calamansi (slice it)
Instructions
- Preparations
- Soak barley for 3 hours, wash and rinse it
- Steps**
- Bring 4000ml water to boil
- Add barley, pandan leaf and bring to boil over high heat, switch to medium-low heat, cover with a lid (not fully covered) and boil for 1 hour
- Lift the lid, add candied winter melon, stir evenly and bring to boil over high heat, switch to medium-low heat, cover with a lid (not fully covered) and boil for 30 minutes
- Turn off the gas, serve with cup or glass, dress with calamansi slices, it’s done!
