本地莲藕 – 500克 (刮皮切薄片)
鸡柳 – 100克 (切片)
蒜头 – 3瓣(剁碎)
油 – 2 汤匙
盐 – ½ 茶匙
水 – 半碗
煮法:
1. 烧热锅加油
2. 下蒜头炒香
3. 加入鸡柳片炒至金黄色
4. 倒入莲藕片炒至油亮色,加水盖上,煮10分钟
5. 起盖,下盐,炒均收干水,熄火,上碟

Stir-Fried Chicken Fillet with Lotus Root 鸡柳炒本地莲藕

Ingredients
500g lotus root (remove skin, cut it)
100g chicken fillet (slice it)
3 cloves of garlic (mince it)
2 tbsp of oil
½ tsp of salt
½ small bowl of water
Instructions
- Heat the wok with oil
- Add in garlic and saute
- Add in chicken slices and fry until it turns golden brown
- Add in lotus root slices and fry until translucent, add in water and cook for 10 minutes (cover it)
- Uncover the wok, add in salt and fry evenly, turn off the gas and it’s done!
