爆煮后的蒜,姜和小辣椒带出的辣味,配以葱花再混合虾,香味四溢,真诱人。。。

材料:
大虾 – 300 克(12只)
蒜头 – 10瓣(剁碎)
幼姜 – 1块,30克(剁碎)
葱花 – 3汤匙
小辣椒 – 4条 (切粒)
酱油 – 1汤匙
油 – 4汤匙
准备工作:
1. 把虾只修剪,去肠泥,洗净,沥干
做法:
1. 烧热锅,下油待热
2. 加入虾煎至变色,翻另一面再煎至全只呈粉红色,起锅待用
3. 倒入蒜,幼姜,小辣椒, 爆香
4. 下葱花, 炒均
5. 倒入虾, 淋上酱油,快炒5秒
6. 熄火,上桌

Ingredients
300g prawns (12 pc)
10 cloves of garlic (mince it)
30g ginger (mince it)
3 tbsp of minced scallion
4 cili padi (cut it)
1 tbsp soy sauce
4 tbsp oil
Instructions
- Preparations:
- Clean the prawns, remove shells and rinse
- Steps:
- Heat the wok with oil
- Add in prawns, fry and flip it until both sides are cooked, set it aside
- Add in garlic, ginger, cili padi and saute
- Add in scallions, fry evenly
- Add in prawns and soy sauce, fry quickly for around 5 seconds
- Turn off the gas, it’s done!
