材料:
5棵/400克 蒜苗(切斜段)
200克 烧肉(剁块)
1小段/10片 胡萝卜(去皮切片)
3瓣 蒜(去衣拍扁)
1小段/30克 幼姜(去皮切片)
1汤匙 油
调味料:
1汤匙 绍兴酒
1汤匙 酱油
1茶匙 蚝油
少许 水
煮法:
1. 烧热锅,下油
2. 加入姜片和蒜抹,爆香
3. 下烧肉,炒至烧肉变少许黄金色
4. 倒入蒜苗和胡萝卜,炒匀
5. 倒入水,炒匀加盖焖煮2分钟
6. 起盖,加入调味料,炒匀收水
7. 熄火,上桌

Ingredients
- Ingredients
400g leek (slice it)
200g roasted pork (cut it)
100pc carrot (peel off skin, slice it)
3 cloves garlic (peel off skin, flatten it)
30g ginger (peel off skin, slice it)
1 tbsp oil
- Seasoning
1 tbsp shaoxing wine
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tsp oyster sauce
Some water
Instructions
- Heat the wok with oil
- Add in ginger slices, garlic and saute
- Add in roasted pork, fry until it turns golden brown
- Add in leek, carrot and fry evenly
- Add in water and fry evenly, cover with a lid and simmer for 2 minutes
- Lift the lid, add in seasoning and fry evenly
- Turn off the gas, it’s done!
