材料:
3 颗蒜头(剁碎)
1大碗大豆芽 (洗净去根部,剁碎)
1小碗鸡柳(剁碎)
½条辣椒 (切条状)
¼小汤匙盐
1小碗水
做法:
1. 烧热锅,下蒜头炒至香
2. 下鸡肉碎,炒熟
3. 下大豆芽碎,炒熟
4. 加入水,盐调味
5. 下辣椒,炒均
6. 熄火,上菜

minutesThis is not Ipoh Nga Choy Chicken, so what else can you do with Soybean Sprout + Chicken?
Ingredients
3 cloves of garlic (mince it)
1 big bowl of soybean sprout (wash, remove the roots, and mince it)
1 small bowl of minced chicken
½ red chilli (cut it)
¼ tsp salt
1 small bowl of water
Instructions
- Heat the wok, add and saute garlic
- Add in minced chicken, fry till cooked
- Add in minced soybean sprout, fry till cooked
- Add in water and salt
- Add in chilli, fry evenly
- Turn off the gas, done!
