阿妈靓汤,南杏北杏西洋菜汤,止咳又润肺!
分量:4-5人份
需时:2-3小时
材料A:
西洋菜 – 500克
猪尾骨 – 500克
水 – 3500毫升(ML)/ 煲汤
枸杞 – 少许
盐 – 1汤匙 (调至自己喜好)
材料B:
去籽红枣 – 5粒
鱿鱼干 – 2小片
南杏 – 1大汤匙
北杏 – 1小汤匙
准备功夫:
1. 将猪尾骨洗净,川烫,沥干
2. 洗净 西洋菜,切短
3. 将材料B洗净
做法:
1. 煮沸3500毫升水
2. 下猪尾骨,材料B (除了枸杞),西洋菜,盖好中小火熬2个小时
3. 加入枸杞,下盐调味,再煮15分钟
4. 熄火,上桌

Watercress Soup 西洋菜汤

Ingredients
- Ingredients (Set A):
500g of watercress
500g of porktail bone
3500ml of water (for soup)
Wolfberry
1tsp salt (to your own preference)
- Ingredients (Set B):
5pc red dates
2pc dry squid
1 tbsp sweet almonds / apricots
1 tsp bitter almonds / apricots
Instructions
- Preparations:
- Wash porktail bone, blanch & rinse it
- Wash watercress, cut it
- Wash all the ingredients stated in set B above
- Steps:
- Boil 3500ml of water
- Add in porktail bone, all ingredients stated in set B, watercress, cover the pot and boil it with medium-low heat for 2 hours
- Add wolfberry, salt and heat for another 15 minutes
- Turn off the gas, done!
