材料:
罐头茄汁沙丁鱼 – 1罐
番茄 – 2粒 (切块)
小辣椒 – 5条 (切粒)
大葱头 – 1粒 (切片)
桔子 – 2粒 (切半扭汁去籽子)
咖喱粉 – 2小汤匙
青瓜丝 – 少许
小葱头 – 2粒 (切片)
油 – 1大汤匙
盐 – ¼小汤匙
水 – 半小碗
做法:
1. 烧热锅加油,下大葱头炒至香
2. 下番茄,炒均
3. 下罐头茄汁沙丁鱼,水,炒均煮沸
4. 下小辣椒,咖喱粉,盐,炒均
5. 加入桔子汁,炒均熄火
6. 上菜,洒上青瓜丝和小葱头,口感更佳

Hot & Sour Curry Powder Tomato Sardine 酸辣咖喱粉罐头茄汁沙丁鱼

Ingredients
1 can of sardine
2 tomato (cut it)
5 cili padi (cut it)
1 big onion (cut it)
2 calamondin (cut half and extract juice)
Cucumber slice
2 shallot (cut it)
1 tbsp oil
¼ tsp salt
½ small bowl of water
Instructions
- Heat the wok, add in oil and saute big onion
- Add in tomato, fry evenly
- Add in sardine, water, fry evenly
- Add in cili padi, curry powder, salt, fry evenly
- Add in calamondin juice, fry evenly and turn off the gas
- Done! Add in cucumber slices, shallots for better texture
