面糊材料:
130 克 面粉
½ 茶匙 苏打粉
½ 茶匙 即溶酵母
2 汤匙 砂糖
1 粒 鸡蛋
160 毫升 水
11 克 / 4 茶匙 香草精
馅料材料:
100 克 炒香花生(搅拌机打碎)
1½ 汤匙 砂糖
½ 小碗 玉米酱
1 汤匙 牛油
准备功夫:
1. 把面糊材料混合,搅拌均匀,盖上休面45分钟
煮法:
1. 烧热一个平底锅,抹上少許牛油
2. 转小火,加入面糊(1半的份量),盖上,煎至面糊冒出大小洞洞
3. 起盖,洒上花生碎,砂糖和 加入玉米酱和牛油
4. 盖上,继续煎片刻
5. 起盖,把慢煎糕折半
5. 熄火,上碟
*小提示: 以上的食材份量可以做2个慢煎糕

Apam Balik 曼煎糕

minutesThe best thing about homemade apam balik is that you can customize the filling with the ingredients you like.
Ingredients
- Ingredients for Batter
130 g flour
½ tsp baking soda
½ tsp instant dry yeast
2 tbsp fine sugar
1 pc egg
160 ml water
11 g / 4 tsp vanilla extract
- Ingredients for Filling
100 g roasted peanuts (crush it using mixer)
1½ tbsp fine sugar
½ small bowl creamed corn
1 tbsp butter
Instructions
- Preparations
- Mix all batter ingredients, whisk everything together, cover and leave to rest for 45 minutes
- Steps
- Heat the wok, spread butter on the wok’s surface
- Switch to low heat, add in batter (half of it), cover with a lid, fry until bubbly
- Lift the lid, sprinkle with crushed roasted peanuts, sugar, apply creamed corn, butter evenly on the batter
- Cover with lid, continue frying for a while
- Lift the lid, fold it into half
- Turn off the gas, it’s done!
