2只 大鸡腿(剁块)
1汤匙 黄姜粉
1茶匙 盐
材料B:
5瓣 蒜头(去衣)
5粒 红葱头(去衣)
1粒 大葱头(去衣切小块)
1段/30克 姜 (去衣切小块)
20条 辣椒干 (热水泡软)
3汤匙 油
材料C:
1支 桂皮
1粒 八角
材料D:
2汤匙 Maggi 甜辣椒酱
1汤匙 Maggi 番茄酱
1碗 水
材料E:
1粒 大葱头(切圆片)
1茶匙 盐
1茶匙 糖
6汤匙 油
准备功夫:
1. 把材料A混合,腌制1小时
2. 把腌制过的鸡油炸至金黄色/8分熟, 捞油待用
3. 把材料B放入搅拌机搅幼
煮法:
1. 热锅下油, 加入材料B,慢炒片刻
2. 加入材料C和糖,慢炒至出辣椒油
3. 加入材料D,炒匀下盐调味
4. 加入油炸过的鸡和大葱头,炒匀加盖煮3分钟
5. 熄火,上桌

Ingredients
- Ingredients A
2 pc big drumstick (cut into pieces)
1 tbsp turmeric powder
1 tsp salt
- Ingredients B
5 cloves garlic (peel off skin)
5 pc shallot (peel off skin)
1 pc big onion (peel off skin, slice it)
1 pc / 30 g ginger (peel off skin, slice it)
20 pc dried chili (soak with hot water)
2 tbsp oil
- Ingredients C
1 pc cinnamon
1 pc star anise
- Ingredients D
2 tbsp Maggi chili sauce
1 tbsp Maggi tomato sauce
1 bowl water
- Ingredients E
1 pc big onion (slice it)
1 tsp salt
1 tsp sugar
6 tbsp oil
Instructions
- Preparations
- Mix Ingredients A well, marinate for 1 hour
- Deep fry marinated chicken until it turns golden brown, rinse oil and set aside
- Insert Ingredients B into blender and blend
- Steps
- Heat the wok with oil, add Ingredients B and fry quickly
- Add Ingredients C and sugar, fry until oil extracts
- Add Ingredients D, fry evenly and season with salt
- Add fried chicken and big onion, fry evenly and simmer for 3 minutes
- Turn off the gas, it’s done!
