1把 白菜干(100克)
1个 马来鸡鸡壳
4只 鸡脚
6粒 红枣
1片 鱿鱼干
3000毫升 水
1茶匙 盐(调至自己喜好)
准备功夫:
1. 白菜干冰厨隔夜泡水*,洗净切小段
做法:
1. 煮沸3000毫升水
2. 下全部材料(盐除外),大火煮滚,转中小火,盖好熬煮2个小时
3. 起盖,下盐调味
4. 熄火,上桌
小提示*:
1. 菜干要隔夜泡水,方能易煮绵。

Ingredients
100g dried bok choy
1 kampong chicken (bones only)
4 chicken feet
6 red dates
1 dried squid
3000ml water
1 tsp salt (to your own preference)
Instructions
- Preparations
- Soak dried bok choy overnight in the fridge, wash and cut into pieces
- Steps
- Bring 3000ml water to boil
- Add in all ingredients (except for salt), cover with a lid and boil for 2 hours
- Add in salt to season
- Turn off the gas, it’s done!
