2汤匙 午餐肉丁
1段(100克)苦瓜(去籽切薄片)
4粒 鸡蛋
½ 茶匙 盐
2汤匙 油
准备功夫:
1. 把蛋洗净,敲入碗内,加入盐,搅均
煮法:
1. 烧热锅,下油,加入午餐肉丁,煎至变颜色
2. 下苦瓜,炒匀片刻
3 加入蛋液,推均衡,待蛋液近乎凝固,反到另一面,将蛋煎至呈金黄色
4. 熄火,上碟

Ingredients
2 tbsp pork luncheon meat (cut into small cubes)
100g bitter gourd (thin slices)
4 eggs
½ tsp salt
2 tbsp oil
Instructions
- Preparations
- Wash the eggs, prepare egg mixture with salt, stir evenly
- Steps
- Heat the wok with oil, add in luncheon meat cubes, fry until it is cooked
- Add in bitter gourd, fry evenly and quickly
- Add in egg mixture and expand evenly, flip the egg and fry until it turns golden brown
- Turn off the gas, it’s done!
