材料A:
10条 青辣椒(去蒂切段)
15条 青小辣椒(去蒂)
15条 红小辣椒(去蒂)
3颗 大葱头(去衣切块)
6瓣 蒜(去衣)
2寸 姜(去衣切块)
3寸 南姜(去衣切块)
2寸 黄姜 (去衣切块)
5颗 石古仔
材料B:
4颗 马铃薯 (去皮切块)
4只 大鸡腿 (剁块)
4片 麻疯柑叶
3片 亚叁片
3根 香茅 (切段拍扁)
4片 黄姜叶(切片)
200毫升 椰桨
2汤匙 黄糖
适量 盐
适量 油
准备功夫:
1. 把材料A放入搅拌机搅幼
2. 把马铃薯爆至金黄色,待用
煮法:
1. 热锅下油, 加入材料A,慢炒爆香
2. 加入鸡肉,炒匀
3. 加入其余的材料B(除了椰桨和马铃薯),炒匀待滚
4. 加盖,中火煮15分钟
5. 起盖,加入椰桨和马铃薯,炒匀待滚
6. 熄火上碟,完成

Green Chicken Rendang 青辣椒仁当鸡

Ingredients
- Ingredients A
10 pc green chilli (remove stalk, cut it)
15 pc green cili padi (remove stalk)
15 pc red cili padi (remove stalk)
3 pc onion (peel off the skin, cut it)
6 cloves garlic (peel off the skin)
2 inches ginger (peel off the skin, cut it)
3 inches galangal (peel off the skin, cut it)
2 inches turmeric (peel off the skin, cut it)
5 pc buah keras
- Ingredients B
4 pc potato (peel off ths kind, cut it)
4 pc big drumstick (cut into pieces)
4 pc fragrant lime leaf
3 pc asam keping
3 stalk lemongrass (cut and flatten it)
4 pc turmeric leaf (cut it)
200 ml coconut milk
2 tbsp light brown sugar
Some salt
Some oil
Instructions
- Preparations
- Add all Ingredients A into blender and blend
- Saute potato until it turns golden brown, set aside
- Steps
- Heat the wok with oil, add Ingredients A, fry slowly to saute
- Add drumstick, fry evenly
- Add the rest of Ingredients B (except coconut milk and potato), fry evenly and bring to boil
- Cover with a lid, cook with medium heat for 15 minutes
- Lift the lid, add coconut milk and potato, fry evenly and bring to boil
- Turn off the gas, it’s done!
