材料:
水 – 750毫升*
淡奶 – 185毫升*
甜奶 – 30毫升 (跟自己甜度喜好)
长江白咖啡粉 – 40克 (满125毫升容量杯)*
*小贴士
1. 基本比例 = 3份水:1份白咖啡粉:1份淡奶:1份
2. 水一定要滚烫
做法:
1. 把水煮沸,下白咖啡粉, 盖好静待10分钟
2. 起盖,搅匀,过滤6-7次至咖啡与水全融合
3. 下淡奶和甜奶,搅匀
4. 拉咖啡6-7次,使咖啡和奶充分的混合以增加茶的香度和滑度
5. 上杯,热喝的话要烫过杯以增加茶的热度

Ingredients
750ml* water
185ml* evaporated creamer
30ml sweetened creamer (according to your preference)
40g* Chang Jiang white coffee powder (to fill 125ml container)
Instructions
- Add in white coffee powder to boiled water, cover it for 10 minutes
- Remove the cover, stir well, filter for 6-7 times until the coffee and water is fully blended
- Add in evaporated and sweetened creamer, stir well
- “Pull or tarik” for 6-7 times to blend further and smoothen the coffee
- It’s done! If served hot, warm the cup with hot water first to preserve heat better
