5 g tong cao / rice paper pith
80 g red dates
80 g black dates
20 g dried longans
20 g wolfberry
20 g dang shen
2.5 litre water
Instructions

- Wash & drain the ingredients
- Steps
- Bring a pot of 2.5 litre of water to boil
- Insert all the ingredients & bring to boil
- Cover with lid, switch to low heat & simmer for 2 hours
- Drain & drink it like water the whole day
