做个冰皮月饼过你爱人吃,包他/她甜思思过中秋!
分量: 4个小冰皮月饼
需时: 1小时
材料 A(冰皮):
糯米粉 – 20克
粘米粉 – 20克
玉米淀粉 – 10克
糖粉 – 25克
植物油 – 10克
牛奶 – 80毫升
材料B(馅料):
一两片自己喜欢的糕点
1汤匙Nutella(可以用花生酱或其它自己喜欢的口味)
材料 C:
一些糯米粉来防粘手用
做法:
1. 将材料A完全混合搅匀,直到完全没有明显颗粒为止
2. 以中火蒸20分钟
3. 然后搅拌至顺滑
4. 搁置20分钟直至完全冷却
5. 用保鲜膜包起这“冰皮糊”,然后放进冰箱搁置20分钟
6. 将自己喜欢的糕点搅碎,加入Nutella,搅拌均匀
7. 将这些馅料搓成小球状(根据月饼模的大小,馅料别做太大)
8. 将这些球状馅料放进冰箱冷却20分钟
9. 20分钟后将“冰皮糊”和馅料从冰箱内取出
10.将“冰皮糊”切成4份,然后用隔着保鲜膜将”冰皮糊”搓平
11. 把馅料放进冰皮里,隔着保鲜膜将它包起来
12. 沾点糯米粉防粘,把多余的糯米粉扫掉
13. 放进月饼模压花后就完成了!

Snow Skin Mooncake DIY 自制冰皮月饼

Ingredients
- Snow Skin Ingredients (Set A):
20g glutinous rice flour
20g rice flour
10g cornstarch
25g sugar or icing powder
10g vegetable oil
80ml milk
- Filling Ingredients (Set B):
1~2 pc cake of your preference
1 tbsp of Nutella (you can replace this with peanut butter or anything else of your preference)
- Ingredients (Set C):
Reserve some glutinous rice flour to avoid stickiness to your hand
Instructions
- Mix all ingredients stated in Set A above, stir to combine well, keep stirring to combine everything and avoid caking
- Steam it with medium heat for 20 minutes
- Stir it until fine and smooth
- Set it aside for around 20 minutes to cool down
- Wrap the snow skin dough with cling film, refrigerate it for around 20 minutes
- Crush your cake, add Nutella, stir to combine well
- Make the mixture into small ball-shape (not too big, according to your mooncake size)
- Refrigerate the ball-shaped filling for around 20 minutes
- Transfer both the snow skin dough and filling mixture out from the refrigerator
- Cut the snow skin dough into 4 parts, flatten the dough with palm over cling film
- Insert the filling mixture into the snow skin, wrap it up over cling film
- Apply some glutinous rice flour to avoid stickiness, remove and clean excess flour
- Assemble the mooncake with mooncake mould, it’s done!
