为了要消灭冰厨里吃剩的两块KFC炸鸡,用上了网红食谱,再随自己喜好做点调整,就煮了这锅KFC炸鸡焖饭。开动时加粒煎蛋, 太好吃了啦!

材料A:
2块 KFC炸鸡* (MCD / Texas / Marrybrown 炸鸡也可以)
3杯 香米* (洗净沥水)
3朵 香菇(泡软切丁)
½条 胡萝卜(去皮切丁)
材料B (调味料):
4杯 水*
2汤匙 酱油
1 茶匙 胡椒粉
1 茶匙 盐
准备功夫:
1. 把材料B混合待用
煮法:
1. 把香米倒入电饭锅
2. 加入KFC炸鸡,香菇和胡萝卜丁
3. 加入材料B (调味料)
4. 关盖,按煮饭键
5. 饭煮好跳键后,待锅自焖10分钟收干多余水份
6. 开盖,把炸鸡肉起骨,拌匀
7. 趁热享用
小提示:
1. 用吃剩的KFC炸鸡,冷藏或冷冻的都可以。不须要特地买KFC炸鸡做这饭,因为用新鲜或冷藏过的KFC炸鸡做这饭口感大致上是一样的
2. 视频用的香米和水的比例是3:4 (3杯米:4杯水)。 就是煮白饭的比例再预多1份水,因为炸鸡和配料也会吸水的,所以要预多1份水以免水份不够而不能把米煮熟
3. 配料可以随自己喜好做调整

Ingredients
- Ingredients A
2 pc KFC fried chicken* (can be MCD / Texas / Marrybrown too)
3 cup fragrant rice* (wash and drain)
3 pc mushroom (soak and dice)
½ carrot (peel off the skin and dice)
- Ingredients B
4 cup water*
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tsp pepper powder
1 tsp salt
Instructions
- Preparations
- Mix all Ingredients B and set aside
- Steps
- Add fragrant rice to the rice cooker
- Add fried chicken, mushroom and carrot
- Add Ingredients B to season
- Cover the lid, press start.
- Once the rice cooker beeps, don’t lift the cover yet and leave it for around 10 minutes
- Lift the lid, debone the chicken, mix evenly
- Enjoy while it’s hot!

Notes
- It is not necessary to buy fresh fried chicken for this dish, you can use the left-over chicken or even those stored in the freezer overnight, it will taste almost the same either way
- The rice:water ratio in the video is 3:4 (3 portion of rice vs 4 portion of water), the water portion is more than usual as the chicken and ingredients will absorb water too, so best to prepare more water in case the rice is not cooked fully
- You can adjust the ingredients to your own preference
