材料:
2包 Maggi 咖喱味即食面
1块 豆腐干(切小块)
5棵 菜心(切小段)
5瓣 蒜头(去衣切片)
3条 小辣椒(切小粒)
2粒 鸡蛋
适量 油
调味料:
1包½ 调味包 (加4汤匙/50毫升热水搅匀)
准备功夫:
1. 烧热1锅水,下Maggi 面,煮2分钟,沥水待用
煮法:
1. 烧热锅,下油待热
2. 下豆腐干,煎至金黄色,沥油待用
3. 同样的锅,去除多余的油,加入蒜米和小辣椒,爆香
4. 加入鸡蛋,煎熟炒碎
5. 下菜心,炒片刻
6. 加入Maggi 面和调味料, 炒匀至菜心变软
7. 加入豆腐干,炒匀
8. 熄火,上桌完成

Ingredients
2 pack maggi curry flavour instant noodles
1 pc dried tofu (cut into small pieces)
5 pc choy sum (cut)
5 cloves garlic (peel off skin and slice)
3 pc cili padi (dice)
2 pc egg
Some cooking oil
- Seasoning
1 ½ pack maggi curry seasoning pack (stir with 2 tbsp/ 50 ml hot water)
Instructions
- Preparations
- Bring water to boil, add maggi noodle and cook for 2 minutes, drain and set aside
- Steps
- Heat the wok and add cooking oil
- Add dried tofu, fry until golden brown, drain and set aside
- Using the same wok, remove oil excess, add garlic, cili padi and saute
- Add egg, fry and scramble the egg
- Add choy sum, fry quickly
- Add maggi noodle and seasoning, fry evenly until choy sum softens
- Add dried tofu, fry evenly
- Turn off the gas, it’s done!
