材料:
面粉 – 200克
黑糖 – 220克
鸡蛋 – 3粒
牛奶 – 150克
酵母 – 3克
苏打粉 – 1茶匙
发粉 – 1茶匙
玉米油 – 50克
清水 – 120克
煮法:
1. 把鸡蛋打散,加入牛奶,黑糖,搅拌均匀
2. 过筛面粉,水,苏打粉,发粉和酵母,分次加入蛋奶浆,搅拌均匀
3. 把面糊放在一个容器中,盖上盖子,温室发酵2个小时
4. 把玉米油加入发酵好的面糊,轻轻搅拌均匀
5. 在容器中放入一张烘焙纸,倒入面糊
6. 放入蒸笼,加盖大火蒸45分钟
7. 蒸好后脱模放凉,上桌完成

minutesThis is one of the Asian cake recipes which requires steaming instead of baking, perhaps due to the lack of oven in Asian kitchens?
Ingredients
200g all purpose flour
220g brown sugar
3 chicken eggs
150g fresh milk
3g yeast
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp baking powder
50g corn oil
120g water
Instructions
- Whisk eggs in a bowl, then add in milk and brown sugar mix evenly
- Sieve and add flour, water, baking soda, baking powder, yeast into the egg mixture and mix it till well-combined
- Pour mixture into a container, close the lid and set aside at room temperature for 2 hours for mixture to rise
- Add and corn oil, mix lightly and evenly
- Line a container with baking paper and pour in batter
- Place container in a steaming pot and steam for 45 minutes
- Leave the cake to cool before serving
