分量:5-6人份
准备时间:45分钟
煮时:12分钟
材料:
300克 包粉
160毫升 牛奶
3克 酵母
25克 糖
13克 食油
适量 莲蓉*(内馅)
做法:
1. 全部材料搅打成光滑面团
2. 把面团揉成长条状,分割成每粒55克的小面团
3. 把小面团搓圆,压扁再杆开
4. 包入内馅揉成柑橘和寿桃形*,待发25-30分钟
5. 水煮滚后开始蒸制12分钟
6. 蒸好后趁热享用,口感最佳
*小提示:
1. 现成莲蓉在烘培店都找得到
2. 柑橘包揉成形时,在表层涂上橙色素
3. 寿桃包蒸好后用汤匙压出线条后上色

Ingredients
300g pau flour
160ml milk
3g instant dry yeast
25g sugar
13g oil
Reasonable portion of sweet bean paste* (filling)
Instructions
- Put all ingredients into a bowl and mix into a smooth dough
- Knead dough into long shape, divide into small portions of 55g each
- Shape small dough into balls, flatten to prepare space for fillings
- Insert fillings and shape into mandarin orange or longevity peach, leave it for around 25-30 minutes to rise
- Steam in for 12 minutes with boiled water
- Consume right after steaming for the best texture

Notes
- You may buy ready-made lotus seed paste from baking store to save time
- After shaping the mandarin orange bun, apply orange colouring on the surface
- After shaping the longevity peach bun, make lines with spoon press then apply colouring on the surface
