材料A:
上肉绞肉 – 300克
冬菜 – 5 克
马蹄 – 2 粒
酱油 – 1小汤匙
胡椒粉 – 少许
水– 3 大汤匙
材料B:
香菜 – 少许(切段)
葱 – 少许(切段)
准备功夫:
1. 把绞肉自家再剁一番,口感更好
2. 冬菜洗净泡水15分钟,剁碎
3. 马蹄,去皮剁碎
做法:
1. 把材料A分次加入,顺一方向混合搅均, 上碟
2. 将肉饼放入含有滚水的锅内,大火蒸15分钟
3. 上卓,洒上香菜和葱段,完成

Steamed Meat Patty with Water Chestnut & Dong Cai 马蹄冬菜蒸肉饼

Ingredients
- Ingredients (Set A):
300g of minced pork
5g of dong cai
2 water chestnut
1 tsp soy sauce
Ground pepper
3 tbsp water
- Ingredients (Set B):
1 strand of coriander (cut it)
1 strand of spring onion (cut it)
Instructions
- Preparations:
- Chop the minced pork for better texture
- Wash & soak dong cai for 15 minutes, mince it
- Peel and mince water chestnut
- Steps:
- Add in all ingredients listed in set A above, whisk in one fixed orientation, meat patty is done!
- Steam meat patty with boiled water for ~15 minutes
- Done! Add in coriander, spring onion slices
