虾仁与黄瓜又沙拉吗?不,让它们沾一沾锅气来个热的吃法!

材料:
虾仁 – 50克,去肠泥去壳
黄瓜 – 2条,去皮切片
蒜头 – 2 粒,剁碎
辣椒 – 少许,切片
水 – 1小碗
盐 – ½ 小汤匙
油 – 2大汤匙
做法:
1. 烧热锅加油,下蒜头炒至香
2. 倒入虾仁炒至7分熟
3. 下黄瓜和水
4. 加盖,煮至黄瓜转半透明
5. 起盖,调味,下辣椒丝炒均
6. 上菜

Ingredients
50g of shrimp (remove shells)
2 cucumber (peel off skin, slice it)
2 cloves of garlic (mince it)
Chilli (cut it)
1 small bowl of water
½ tsp of salt
2 tbsp of oil
Instructions
- Heat the wok, add in garlic and saute
- Add in shrimp, fry until ~70% cooked
- Add in cucumber, water
- Cover and heat until the cucumber turns semi-translucent
- Add in salt, chilli slice and fry evenly
- It’s done!
