节瓜 – 1条(去皮切段)
红萝卜- 1条(去皮切段)
冬粉 – 1把 /10克(泡软沥干)
虾米 – 1把 /10克 (泡软沥干)
蒜 – 2瓣 (去衣剁碎)
调味料:
油 – 1汤匙
盐 – 1茶匙
水 – 1碗
准备功夫:
1. 烧滚一锅水,下节瓜和萝卜,烫1分钟,沥干待用
煮法:
1. 烧热锅,加油待热
2. 下蒜,爆香
3. 加入虾米,炒至金黄色
4. 倒入节瓜,萝卜炒匀
5. 加入水,冬粉待滚
6. 下盐搅匀调味
7. 熄火,上桌

1 hairy marrow (peel off skin, slice it)
1 carrot (peel off skin, slice it)
10g glass noodle (soak and rinse)
10g dried shrimp (soak and rinse)
2 cloves of garlic (peel off skin, mince it)
- Seasoning
1 tbsp oil
1 tsp salt
1 bowl of water
Instructions
- Preparations
- Heat the wok with water, add in hairy marrow, carrot and boil for 1 minute, rinse and set it aside
- Steps
- Heat the wok with oil
- Add in garlic and saute
- Add in dried shrimp, fry until it turns golden brown
- Add in hairy marrow, carrot and fry evenly
- Add in water, glass noodle and boil it
- Add in salt to season
- Turn off the gas, it’s done!
