材料:
大虾 – 500克 (12只)
粟粉 – 1汤匙
小葱头 – 5粒
姜 – 1小段 (30克)
红辣椒 – 4条
小辣椒 – 4条
葱花 – 1汤匙
鸡蛋 – 1粒
油 – 3汤匙
水 – 1小碗
调味料:
Meggi 辣椒酱 – 2汤匙
Meggi 番茄酱 – 3汤匙
糖 – 2茶匙
盐 – 1茶匙
准备功夫:
1. 葱头,姜去衣剁成末
2. 红辣椒去籽剁成末,小辣椒切小粒
3. 虾去肠泥和须,末上粟粉待用
煮法:
1. 烧热锅,下油待热
2. 加入虾,煎至变色,翻另一面再煎至全只呈粉红色,起锅待用
3. 倒入葱头和幼姜末, 爆香
4. 下红辣椒末和小辣椒, 炒匀爆片刻
5. 加入水,辣椒和番茄酱, 炒匀待滚
6. 下盐和糖调味
7. 加入鸡蛋,炒匀
8. 倒入虾和葱花, 快炒5秒
9. 熄火,上桌

Chilli Prawns 辣子虾

Ingredients

12 Chinese white shrimp (~500g)
1 tbsp cornstarch
5 cloves of shallot
30g ginger
4 red chilli
4 cili padi
1 tbsp minced scallion
1 egg
3 tbsp oil
1 small bowl of water
- Seasoning
2 tbsp Meggi chilli sauce
3 tbsp Meggi tomato sauce
2 tsp sugar
1 tsp salt
Instructions
- Preparations
- Peel off the skin of shallot, ginger and mince it
- Remove seeds from red chilli and mince it, cut cili padi into small slices
- Devein the shrimp, apply cornstarch and set aside
- Steps
- Heat the wok with oil
- Add in shrimp, fry until it changes color, flip and fry the other side until the whole shrimp turns reddish, set aside
- Add in minced shallot, ginger and saute
- Add in minced red chilli, cili padi and saute
- Add in water, chili sauce, tomato sauce, fry evenly and bring to boil
- Add in salt and seasoning
- Add in egg and fry evenly
- Add in shrimp and minced scallion, fry quickly for 5 seconds
- Turn off the gas, it’s done!
