材料A:
200克 西兰花(切小朵)
100克 包菜花(切小朵)
4条 玉米心 (切小段)
1小段/10片 胡萝卜(切片)
2片/100克 西芹(切小段)
1/2粒/100克 红灯笼椒(切小块)
1/2粒/100克 黄灯笼椒(切小块)
1/2粒/100克 青灯笼椒(切小块)
1/2粒/100克 甜豆(去丝)
10只/250克 中虾
4瓣 蒜头 (去衣切片)
材料B:
1茶匙 蚝油
1茶匙 盐
适量 热水
2汤匙 油
准备功夫:
1. 大虾去壳和肠泥
2.煮滚1锅水,汆烫西兰花和包菜花,沥水待用
煮法:
1. 烧热锅,下油,加入蒜头,炒匀爆香
2. 加入虾,炒匀至虾变色
3. 加入材料A( 除西兰花和包菜花),炒匀片刻
4. 加入热水,蚝油和盐,炒匀调味
5. 下兰花和包菜花, 拌炒片刻
6. 熄火上桌

Ingredients
- Ingredients A
200 g broccoli (cut it)
100 g cauliflower (cut it)
4 pc young corn (cut it)
1 carrot (slice it)
100 g celery (cut it)
100 g red bell pepper (cut it)
100 g yellow bell pepper (cut it)
100 g green bell pepper (cut it)
100 g sugar snap pea (remove strings)
250 g mid-size prawn
4 cloves garlic (peel off skin, slice it)
- Ingredients B
1 tsp oyster sauce
1 tsp salt
Some hot water
2 tbsp cooking oil
Instructions
- Preparations
- Remove prawn’s shell and feelers, devein them
- Bring a pot of water to boil, blanch broccoli and cauliflower, rinse and set aside
- Steps
- Heat the wok, add cooking oil, add garlic and saute
- Add prawn, fry evenly until it changes color
- Add all ingredients A (except broccoli and cauliflower), fry evenly and quickly
- Add hot water, oyster sauce, salt, fry evenly and season
- Add broccoli and cauliflower, fry quickly
- Turn off the gas, it’s done!
