让冷冰冰的烧肉来个华丽变身!

材料:
1只骨烧肉(切块)
8 颗蒜头(剁碎)
1小块嫩姜(切片)
2条葱(切段)
3棵 香菜 (切段)
4 条小辣椒 (切粒)
1小匙酱油
1汤匙油
做法:
1. 烧热锅,放姜炒干
2. 倒入油,加入蒜和小辣椒,爆香
3. 加入烧肉再爆炒至金黄色
4. 倒入葱段和香菜炒均
5. 淋上酱油,熄火,炒均
6. 上桌
* 淋上酱油后要熄火,不然肉会焦

Angry Roasted Pork 火爆烧肉

Ingredients
1 piece of roasted pork (just buy, and dice/slice it)
8 cloves of garlic (mince it)
1 small ginger (slice it)
2 spring onions (cut it)
3 strands of coriander (cut it too)
4 small chilli padi
1 tsp of soy sauce
1 tbsp oil
Instructions
- Heat the wok, stir fry the ginger
- Pour in oil, add in garlic, cili padi, and saute
- Add in roasted pork, fry till they turn golden brown
- Add in spring onions and coriander
- Season with some soy sauce, turn off the gas
- Done!

Notes
- Remember to turn off the gas after season it with soy sauce, unless you want it to burn.
