Honey Black Pepper Salmon with Asparagus 胡椒蜂蜜香烤三文鱼

Ingredients
150 g salmon steak (score)
1 tsp crushed black pepper
1 tbsp honey
100 g asparagus (peel & remove stem)
50 g button mushroom
50 g cherry tomato
Some cooking oil
Some salt
Some cajun spice mix
1 pc lemon wedge
Instructions
- Marinate the salmon steak with honey, crushed black pepper, a bit of cooking oil, salt and cajun spice mix, for about 10 minutes
- Season the asparagus and cherry tomato with cooking oil and cajun spice mix
- Season the button mushroom with cooking, salt and crushed black pepper
- Place the mushroom and salmon with skin side-up in the air fryer’s pot and roast at 200°c for 4 minutes, then add in the asparagus and cherry tomato into the pot, continue roasting for 3 minutes
- Retrieve and plate, dress with freshly squeezed lemon juice

Notes
- Adjust the temperature and timing yourself according to different appliances, salmon needs to be roasted for around 7-10 minutes in total and only add asparagus in the last 3 minutes
- Use freshly crushed black pepper for better taste
