没用油煮,瘦身菜吗?不一定唷,这菜是秒变下饭菜!瘦身不成,还多添饭,越吃越多!

材料A:
甘榜鱼 – 4条 (400克)
盐 – 少许
水 – 300毫升/盖过半身鱼
亚叁片 – 1片
亚叁膏 – 1汤匙
材料B:
番茄 – 1粒(小粒4方切)
大洋葱 – 1粒(小粒4方切)
桔子 – 2粒 (切半扭汁)
小辣椒 – 5条 (切粒)
红辣椒 – 1条 (切片)
吧拉煎 – 2片/10克 (煸香)
糖 – 1 茶匙
准备功夫:
1. 把材料B混合
煮法:
1. 把材料A的水,盐,亚叁片混合,到入锅,开火煮滚
2. 转中小火,下鱼加盖,煮10分钟
3. 熄火起盖,把鱼上碟待用
4. 把亚叁膏加入煮过鱼的汤汁,搅匀
5. 加入材料B,混合,淋在鱼上
6.上卓,完成
* 小提示:可用铁叉叉入鱼最厚得部分测试鱼的熟度,叉得过鱼身就表示鱼已经熟了,叉不过就得再煮1-2分钟

Ikan Kembung Rebus Air Asam Belacan 亚叁吧拉煎水煮甘榜鱼

Ingredients
- Ingredients (Set A)
4 ikan kembung (400g)
¼ tsp salt
300ml water (enough to submerge bottom half of the fish)
1 pc asam keping
1 tbsp asam paste
- Ingredients (Set B)
1 tomato (cut into 4 pieces)
1 big onion (cut into 4 pieces)
2 calamansi (cut into halves, squeeze into juice)
5 cili padi (slice it)
1 red chilli (slice it)
2 pc belacan (10g, saute it)
1 tsp sugar
Instructions
- Preparations
- Mix all ingredients stated in Set B well
- Steps
- Mix water, salt, asam keping well, add all into the wok and boil it
- Switch to medium heat, add in ikan kembung, cover with a lid and boil for 10 minutes
- Turn off the gas and lift the lid, retrieve fish and set aside
- Add in asam paste to the water used to boil fish, stir evenly
- Add in all ingredients stated in Set B, mix well and apply to the fish
- It’s done!

Notes
- To check the doneness of the fish, gently poke a fork into the flesh of the fish and twist gently. If the flesh flakes apart easily, then the fish is done
